Online Course Instructions

Once you register for your field workshop, you can start the online course. Below you will find four course modules. When you open the module, you will be directed to an Adobe Presenter narrated powerpoint presentation. To begin the presentation, press play. You may pause the presentation at anytime or go back and review the slides. At the end of some presentations, there may be a brief practice quiz to help reinforce key concepts.

If you have trouble opening the modules, we suggest using another internet browser (e.g. Chrome and Mozilla Firefox seem to work best). If you continue to encounter problems or error messages, please contact the course coordinator.

Note: You may be taking ONLY the online course for ISA, Master Gardener, or Master Naturalist recertification credit. For ISA credit, please fill in your ISA identification information when prompted during the final quiz. For Master Gardener or Naturalist credit, please self-report to OSU Extension as usual (or as they request).

Estimated Time: 1 hour

When you have viewed all four modules, take the final quiz. You must answer at least 80% (or 20 out of 25) of the questions correctly to pass the quiz; you may take the quiz an unlimited number of times.
